Up to 60 minutes of small text, image, link, or contact-detail updates across the whole website each billing month. Additional-page fees do not increase this allowance.

Important inquiry forms and customer-facing links receive basic checks so obvious issues can be addressed.
Protected website changes
A theme backup is created before approved website changes that could affect the live design.

Website support questions receive a response within two business days.
Clear monthly scope
Each maintained custom page above five adds $5/month. Additional custom pages cost $75 each to build. Page counts and all recurring costs are confirmed in writing before approval.
Unused update time does not roll over. New pages, major redesigns, custom features, paid apps or services, domain registration or renewal, emergency work, and SEO are not included and are quoted separately. The plan may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice; started billing periods are non-refundable. Product listings and advanced shop setup are scoped separately. New pricing applies to new quotes; existing agreed scopes are honored.
