Policy pages outside the cap
Standard Terms, Privacy, and Refund or Shipping pages use client-approved content and do not count toward the five custom pages. Product listings and advanced shop setup are scoped separately.
SEO, paid apps, domain registration or renewal, premium photography or video, a new logo or full brand identity, advanced custom integrations, additional pages, and major redesigns are not included in the $600 starting package unless added to the written scope.

Two revision rounds
Two organized rounds of revisions are included before launch so the final website feels right without leaving the timeline open-ended.
Two-to-four-week target
Most standard projects are targeted for completion within two to four weeks after the deposit, content, photos, and required access are received.
$300 to begin
A 50% deposit reserves the project and starts the work. The remaining $300 is due after final approval and before the website launches.
Straightforward cancellation
The deposit is refundable until design work begins. After work begins, the deposit and payments for completed work are non-refundable. Any additional amount due follows the signed project scope.
Clear ownership
After full payment, the client receives the finished website and rights to project-specific work. Client-supplied content remains the client’s. Reusable systems and third-party assets remain subject to their original ownership or licenses.
Support after launch
Hosting and care start at $95/month after launch for up to five custom pages, plus $5/month for each additional custom page. The whole website shares the included 60 minutes of routine updates per month. New pricing applies to new quotes; existing agreed scopes are honored.

The final pages, deliverables, timing, payment schedule, ownership terms, and any separately priced work are confirmed in a written service agreement.
