REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We want every client to understand the financial commitment before work begins. This policy applies unless a signed proposal or service agreement states different terms.

WEBSITE-BUILD DEPOSIT

The standard $600 website build requires a $300 deposit. The deposit is refundable until design work begins. Once design work begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable because project time has been reserved and work has started.

CANCELLATION AFTER WORK BEGINS

If the client cancels after work begins, payments for completed work are non-refundable. If approved work completed through the cancellation date exceeds the amount already paid, the client is responsible for the remaining amount according to the written project scope or service agreement.

FINAL PAYMENT

The remaining $300 is due after final approval and before the website is launched, transferred, or released for use. The website will not be launched or transferred until all required project payments have been received.

EXTRA WORK

Additional pages, additional revision rounds, scope changes, custom features, and other separately approved work are billed according to the written quote or approval. Completed extra work is non-refundable.

MONTHLY HOSTING AND CARE

The monthly care plan starts at $95 for up to five custom pages, plus $5 for each additional custom page. The plan may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. A billing period that has already begun is non-refundable. Service continues through the applicable paid period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any separately approved work remains payable.

SEO SERVICES

SEO setup and monthly SEO services are non-refundable after work for the applicable project or billing period begins. Search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, and sales are not guaranteed.

IF MCMAHON SITE CO. CANCELS

If McMahon Site Co. cancels a project for reasons not caused by the client, payments for work that has not been completed will be refunded. Payment for completed and delivered work remains non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

HOW TO CANCEL

Send a written cancellation request to grantmcmahon971@gmail.com. Include your name, business name, project, and the service you want to cancel. Cancellation becomes effective when receipt is confirmed in writing, subject to any applicable notice period.

LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy removes or limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply under governing law.
